First drafts in minutes
Emails, letters, proposals, job postings, quotes. You describe what you need, the AI writes a solid first draft, and you fix it instead of starting from a blank page.
You found the AI door
Is AI on your mind? Something you want to discuss? You’re in the right place — let me show you around.
I’m the mouse from the main site, and this is AI World — the corner of Henschel Technologies where we take AI out of the headlines and put it to work for businesses like yours, explained in plain words.
No hype, just work
Forget the movie version. The AI tools we set up earn their keep on ordinary work — the writing, reading, and hunting through files that eats up your week.
Emails, letters, proposals, job postings, quotes. You describe what you need, the AI writes a solid first draft, and you fix it instead of starting from a blank page.
A forty-message email chain or a thirty-page document, summed up in a paragraph — with the key dates, numbers, and promises pulled out where you can see them.
An assistant set up on your own documents can answer the questions customers and staff ask every day — hours, policies, procedures — so your people stop hunting through folders.
Contracts, manuals, reports. Ask what a document says, find the clause you half-remember, or compare two versions — in plain questions, in your own words.
Teams meetings can be recorded and summed up automatically — what was decided, who owes what, and by when — so nobody has to type it up afterward.
Help lining up times, drafting the reminder, and following up when someone goes quiet. The small chores around a calendar take less of somebody’s afternoon.
People are already using AI at work — often on personal accounts nobody approved, with company information pasted in. That has a name: shadow AI, and it is where the trouble starts. IBM’s 2025 Cost of a Data Breach study found that heavy shadow-AI use added an average of $670,000 to the cost of a breach, and that 63% of the organizations studied had no AI policy in place or were still writing one. The fix is simple: approved tools, set up on company accounts, with rules your people actually know. That is the work below.
You don’t have to figure this out alone
AI is new territory for most businesses. Our job is to walk it with you in the open — every step explained, every cost on the table before you commit to anything.
We sit down and look at how your business actually runs — where the hours go, what your people wrestle with, and where AI could honestly help.
You get the recommendation in plain words: which tools, what each one costs, what it will do, and what it won’t. No pressure, and no plan you can’t read.
Accounts, permissions, and guardrails done right — business accounts under your control, so each person sees only the information their job already allows.
Short, hands-on training on your team’s real work — what to ask, what to check, and what never goes into a chat window.
AI keeps changing. When a question comes up, or something acts odd, you call Henschel and talk to a person — and we sort it out with you.
Set up on proper business plans, these tools are built for company data. Microsoft states plainly that with Copilot, your prompts, responses, and files are not used to train its AI models — and Copilot only ever shows each person the files they already have permission to see. Claude and ChatGPT’s business plans likewise do not train on your content by default. We will show you these terms in writing before you choose a tool, not after.
The names you’ve heard
Four names come up in every AI conversation. Here is what each one is, how it is charged, what each level really gives you — and what actually counts as protected.
The one that lives inside the programs your team already uses — Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel. It works with your own business files, and a chat version is already included with Microsoft 365 business plans at no extra cost.
How it’s charged: per user, per month, on an annual plan. It is an add-on — each person also needs their own Microsoft 365 plan underneath it — or it comes bundled with Microsoft 365 Business Premium. One license, one person; there is no sharing.
The assistant most people have heard of, from OpenAI. A strong all-rounder for writing, questions, and brainstorming, in its own app and window.
How it’s charged: per user, per month, billed annually on the Business plan (monthly billing is also offered). The Enterprise plan is priced by quote.
Anthropic’s assistant, known for careful reading and writing — steady with long documents and detailed work, and it connects to Microsoft 365.
How it’s charged: per seat, per month, billed annually. Team seats come in two sizes — Standard, and Premium with much higher usage — and the two can be mixed. Enterprise charges per seat plus usage on top, and is priced by quote.
xAI’s assistant — fast and plainspoken, tied into the X platform. A newer name in business plans, and one we watch closely.
How it’s charged: per seat, per month on the business and Teams plans. Enterprise is priced by quote. One caution: xAI renamed its packages in October 2026, so we confirm the exact package and terms the day we set you up.
We don’t publish prices. The vendors change them, and the right setup depends on what your business already runs. For pricing, please contact us — tell us what you have, and we will quote the real numbers in writing before anything is ordered.
