Muse-ical Chairs

You design it with your AI. We build it with ours. Muse-ical Chairs is Henschel’s Muse Collaboration offering: a structured design process where your own Muse drafts the design, our Muse reviews every note and builds from it, and the two sides trade ruling rounds until every open question has an answer. Then the music stops, the design freezes, and everybody is seated.

01Why it exists

Every custom build dies the same death: endless revisions. The client keeps having ideas, the builder keeps absorbing them, the price and the finish line drift, and both sides end up frustrated. Muse-ical Chairs kills that pattern up front, in writing:

Nobody needs to be technical: if you can talk to your AI and say yes or no to a written ruling, you can run your side of the table.

02How a round works

1

Your Muse writes the notes

You describe what you want — a website, a system, a workflow. Your Muse drafts the design as numbered notes: pages, rules, behaviors, open questions.

2

Our Muse answers every note

We review the full set: what is buildable as written, what it costs in time, where two notes fight each other, and what you haven’t decided yet. Holes get named, not waved through.

3

You rule

Each open item comes back to you, marked one of three ways: CONFIRMED (build it as written), CHANGED (your correction governs), or FENCED (parked for a later round or phase — decided, not forgotten).

4

The next round

Corrected notes come back as the next numbered version. Rounds continue until no open items remain — then the music stops.

03The freeze

When a round closes with zero open items, the design freezes — and the frozen design is the build contract. We build to it exactly: pixel for pixel, word for word, rule for rule. Your design is a locked asset; changes happen only on your written request, as addenda priced and approved before any work starts. The freeze is what makes a firm delivery picture possible: before it, estimates are ranges; after it, the build is a checklist.

04What’s included

The rule both sides live by: the system proposes, you dispose. No automation on either side sends anything to your customers.

05The proof — the first run

The system’s first full run was for a Delaware real-estate agent — The Inked Up Agent — whose own Muse drafted a unified website-and-CRM design in note rounds (his side called them the “Quest Museical Notes” — where the name comes from). Our review caught four holes his spec had missed: an investor lane with no home in the data, clients who are both buyer and seller, requests invisible before confirmation, and duplicate records. He ruled in rounds, a second batch was fenced for one more round — and a man who has never written a line of code walked away with a buildable system and a frozen design.

One design, two Muses, a handful of rounds. That’s the demonstration.

Bring a design. Leave with a build.

Design rounds run in writing — no meetings required unless you want one. Builds ship preview-first, and go-live happens only on your word. Start with a free evaluation and tell us what you’re dreaming about.
